You knew I would have to do it, right?
OK. If you don't watch football, then you didn't know, because you didn't even know it happened.
I'm not going to get into the whole argument about whether or not, Welker should have done it. They called him for a penalty. He will probably get a fine on top of that.
But for me, it was fun to watch. Because although I hate snow...I love the Patriots. I love angels. And I love that he played college football for a Texas university. Maybe not "The" University of Texas, but my second favorite Texas university.

Crazy Crockpot Corner
Recipes
Today's Recipe: Shepherd's Pie
Toss all of the following ingredients into the crockpot first thing in the morning...
2 lbs browned Ground Turkey or Beef
1 chopped medium onion
4 diced celery stocks
1 handful of diced baby carrots
5 diced potatoes (red or brown, your choice)
1/2 can of beef broth
1 can of cream of celery soup
Cook on low setting for 8 hours.
About 2 or 3 hours before dinner (depending on when your schedule allows), make 6 servings of instant mashed potatoes.
Spread over top of crockpot fixings.
This will form a crust layer on the top.
Sprinkle top with a layer of cheddar cheese. (If it is possible do this a half an hour before, if it's not then sprinkle on top before serving.)
